Viktor Klajn is a Supervising Attorney that is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining The Founders Law, Mr. Klajn started his successful legal career working on immigration law, contract law and civil litigation, before transferring to Insurance Defense.

While working as an Insurance Defense attorney for one of the biggest insurance companies in the Unites States, for many years, Mr. Klajn furthered his litigation and trial experience, dealing with a variety of cases that encompass personal Injury.

After Mr. Klajn’s tenure as a defense attorney came to an end, Mr. Klajn switched over to the Plaintiff’s side where he became a Senior Attorney at a prevalent personal injury law firm in Aventura, Florida. Within Mr. Klajn’s tenure as a Senior Attorney at this firm, he settled a multitude of personal injury cases amounting to over $10,000,000.00 in overall settlements. Mr. Klajn’s litigation strategies and vast experience has led him to settle multiple seven figure cases, with the most recent being a $2,500,000.00 settlement against a major transportation company.
